At Alba Educational Consulting, LLC, we are committed to ensuring that all educators, students, and instructional leaders can access and benefit from our digital learning platform and instructional materials. Accessibility is a foundational requirement for us, and we continuously work to provide an inclusive learning experience for all users, including individuals with disabilities.
Our Accessibility Commitment
We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, as well as the accessibility requirements of:
- Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Our goal is to make all pages, features, and interactive components usable with a wide range of assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, keyboard navigation tools, and speech-to-text applications.
Accessible Instructional Materials (AIM) & PDF/UA Compliance
All instructional materials—including lessons, routines, teacher guides, and student-facing content—delivered through the AlbaMath platform are produced to be accessible.
PDF Accessibility
Every PDF hosted on this portal is:
- Remediated to meet PDF/UA and WCAG 2.1 AA standards
- Tagged for correct reading order
- Includes alt text for meaningful images
- Includes accessible tables, lists, headings, and structural markup
- Optimized for screen readers, keyboard access, and reflow compatibility
This applies to all materials available on the platform.
Platform Accessibility Features
The AlbaMath platform includes:
- With service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing and customer support.
- Full keyboard navigation
- High-contrast, scalable text
- Alternative text for instructional images
- Descriptive links and buttons
- Captioned or text-equivalent instructional media where applicable
- Consistent navigation and interface patterns
- Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, etc.)
We perform periodic accessibility audits, user testing, and remediation cycles to maintain compliance as platform features evolve.
Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR / VPAT)
We maintain a detailed Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR) based on the VPAT® 2.4 format, documenting our conformance to WCAG, Section 508, and EN 301 549 requirements.

Third-Party Content & Integrations
Some parts of the platform may integrate services from third-party providers. While we strive to ensure that all third-party tools meet accessibility guidelines, accessibility standards for external tools are governed by their respective providers.
